Divorce coach? Mmm that sounds sceptical...

As I recently launched my new venture as a divorce coach, the response has been mixed, understandably so. What is divorce coaching? How can a divorce coach assist? Why should someone have a divorce coach on their side? All valid questions that this article will explore further.


Divorce can be a complex, high conflict and emotionally driven situation. With fear being the most expensive aspect in divorce. You can easily waste time, money, and emotional energy by pursuing things that are not important by reacting to what is going on around you. Being prepared and informed keeps you focused.


Some questions to ask yourself:


  1. Are you are confused and don’t understand the process?

  2. Are you are feeling emotional and vulnerable?

  3. Are you overwhelmed by the paperwork, financials, and legal jargon?
